What I do as a Lean Process Manager

I bring together my BPA, PM and Lean BPM abilities and skills to help improve elements of company’s practices, cost savings, customer and operations experience, continuous process automation and improved quality and performance by using multiple methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma and BPM, using an Agile and Scrum approach and supporting the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key projects to help companies achieve their goals.

LEANAs a BPA I may say I “think the processes”, I see process details and link them to the big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvements. I can structure a large amount of information within a process framework and I work close with business teams and the IT Department to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems.

As a BPM I ensure a cross-functional, holistic management approach with focus on continuously improving all processes throughout the organization.

As a Lean BPM I make sure that processes are continually being defined, analysed, monitored, improved, optimized, controlled and reported. Six Sigma methodologies would enable me to provide simplified procedures, limited defects and mistakes and ensure that all processes are being managed appropriately.

As a PM I manage all project stages using combined methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative) driven by delivering high-value results with a solution architecture mind-set, people-centered design, and an in-depth understanding of customer needs and applications usability
