Employment statement

I am looking to work in a business management role, balancing business needs with enterprise drivers, capturing business functional and non-functional requirements, mapping processes, finding solutions and improving business processes to optimise customer experience and delivery of operational software, with a wide range understanding of other applications/systems.

Business Manager by education and +10 years career in business analysis blended with lean business processes and adaptive project management, leading sales and operational teams, I design, create, map and improve business processes that sit at the crossing of distinct customer experience, business needs and modern technologies using key touchpoints to trigger innovation and automation.

I work with Stakeholders, business matter experts, small teams including UX/Development and end users, being the single point of contact between business functions and IT professionals, designing customer journeys and processes, using digital tools such as Axure RP, maintaining and improving the processes along the project development, organising and prioritising business requirements, establishing score cards and user activity, performing analytics for the highest business value and delivering system implementation from setup to execution, including governance. While implementing various software projects, I design user experience journey, define user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in Stand-up meetings, testing sessions and prioritize backlog to ensure that development and implementation is according to requirements.
