I use Brainstorming as a technique to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members Identifying all possible solutions to problems and simplifies the detail of opportunities. I use this list to add and compare other requirements when mapping ASIS and TOBE process.

Gathering business requirements

I first must identify users and define customers to gather requirements from – current process steps, working behaviour and tasks, existing procedures and documentation, possible solutions and expectations. Users – starting with C level and Stakeholders Defining Customers – internal and external
