BPMLean processes business professional with more 8 years in Lean Six Sigma, certified Green and Black Belt and more than 10 years’ experience in Project management, experienced in Operations, Customer Experience, Change and Transformation programmes, delivering Operational Excellence and Business Applications by implementing various ERP/CRM/SFA solutions, transitioning from Digital Transformation to Continuous Improvement.

I have been involved in many software implementation projects and solutions where I developed my Agile approach when defining, designing, developing and implementing the project. Almost in the same time, I started using Scrum methodology, but where necessary I am also using Iterative Waterfall method and enforce team’s training and coaching.
