Assisted the nationwide Business and Digital Transformation Program at Telekom Romania

Assisted the nationwide Business and Digital Transformation Program of Romtelecom purchased by Deutche Telekom, a KPMG $9m led programme and managed the following projects:

 

 

  • Developing and Implementing SFA in-house application for Direct Sales and SME Outbound Call Center – developing end-to-end sales business process including commissioning and forecasting – project value of $50k

 

  • Managing B2B Business Analytics a project managed by McKinsey, to define and implement Sales Performance management and monitoring tools for KPI management by creating data models and developing Dashboards and Governance rules – project value of $750k

 

  • Investigation and delivery of B2B Sales Processes optimisation by analysis of the end-to-end operational process overlapping the enterprise systems and data synchronization, roles and profiles, and creating the approval process and authority’s matrix to comply with SOX regulations – project value of $200k

 

  • Mapping and preparing for migration B2B Customer Portfolio, project led by KPMG, by analysing Customer Data Base, Cleansing and Cleaning, Customer segmentation and Portfolios allocation –- project value of $8m
