Business process re-engineer (analysis and solution management):pre-sales process sales and negotiation, closing and forecasting
Developed business requirements and translated into technical terminology to fit with the programming language – process was developed together with the programmer for FoxPro using SQL language
Prepared data content – cleansing and cleaning of the Customer base and portfolio segmentation
Developed implementation templates and training materials, trained all sales and support teams
Developed the governance rules, procedures and user management process
