  • Managed Ordering and Distribution nationwide packing and delivering approx $100k daily
    • Increased packaging lead time with 20%, order fulfilment with 30% and distribution lead time with 15%, and obtained real time stock visualization and order status monitoring
  • Collaborated directly with up to 50 Sales Partners
  • Managed Delivery Supply Chain and collaborated with 3rd Party delivery bodies, to deliver goods nationwide
  • Member of Product & Marketing Strategy Committee, permanent invitee of Sales & Partners Management Board, and member of Business and Digital Transformation Programme

Projects managed

  • Led Logistics in-house application implementation project with a value of $50k
    • Project management specifics – Business Requirements, PID, Budget, Technical specs, Testing and UAT, Acceptance, Deployment
    • Created user experience process, defined integration and synchronization points and managed the Sprints and Releases, tested and QA
    • Worked closely with 3rd Party developer to develop, test and implement  “Foxy”
    • Project value of , and trained 10 employees, increased packaging lead time with 10% increase, order fulfilment with 10% and distribution lead time with 5%
  • Led multiple projects as part of the Digital Transformation and Business Process Re-engineering Programme
  • Led Oracle Logistics application implementation project
    • Re-engineered business processes for Distribution, Ordering, and Packaging areas to align and accommodate the new Oracle Logistics features and integrate with Finance module
    • Worked closely with 3rd Party implementers for developing, implementation and quality assurance, UAT and Acceptance sign off
    • Led creation and implementation of working procedures and H&S Policies related to Delivery, Warehouse, Ordering and Documents Archive
  • Developed reporting tools for each function within Logistics and Distribution area – Dashboards and BalanceScoreCard – results improved by simply introducing real-time monitoring
  • Creating and documenting Disaster Recovery Plan for Logistics area and secured 90% business continuity and product availability, and created a backup stock of 500 handsets and SIM’s
